We are neighbors from Third Ward and across Houston fighting for a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) with Rice Management Company (RMC) that
- Protects our neighbors from being pushed out
- Makes Rice accountable to the Third Ward community
- Builds an Innovation District where our community members thrive.

Donations will be directed towards building community power and capacity.
Below are some examples of what funds could be used for:
-Fliers, Yard Signs, Catering for Community Events
-Compensating community members and volunteers for grassroots advocacy
-Educational events
-Grassroots organizing Work
*We take an equitable and transparent fundraising process seriously. Community members and donors will be updated on fund usage. Community members will collectively decide how funds are spent. *
